Australian Graffiti

Apparently, there is a Graffiti problem in Australia with somebody tampering with signs.

The graffiti that we see near our house is almost all peoples names or gang related. Normally, I find graffiti destructive and wasteful, however its hard to be angry at the guy that makes these, since they would have to cheer up anyone that sees them.
That being said, I'm sure that there are a lot of reasons that it is not a good idea to pull this kind of stunt.
