MapWorld 08 in Las Vegas

I'm in Las Vegas right now after wrapping up a week of meetings and training sessions relating to Location Intelligence.
It has been a great week for me to learn a lot of new things, and network with a lot of great people that do the same kind of work that I do. I have a lot of ideas, and have discovered a great deal of new information, but the real work is just getting started. I need to make sure to convince others that this is very important, and can change many aspects of our business.
Dawn is here with me (she came through the week) and now we are going to enjoy a few days r&r before heading home. Only problem now is the weather has turned cold and rainy. I didn't think that it ever got cold here, but todays high was only 61. That's okay though, even if we can't use the pool, there is plenty to do indoors here!

Sounds like you guys had a great week. I hope the casinos were not too hard on you. Mapworld sounds very interesting, although I can't say I know what its all about. Having 61 degree temperatures in Las Vegas is not uncommon. They get snow and freezing temps just like we do. Glad you two are home safe and sound and so is Anna-Belle I'll bet.
